I have compiled a list of 40 side hustles that you can start right now with a laptop, internet connection, and little to no money to get started.
You can work with marketing agencies or other service providers to generate leads for them. You typically do this for B2B and essentially what you are – is the relationships broker for these service providers. You start the nurturing part of prospecting.
Social Media Management
Manage personal brands or company’s social media accounts by creating content, scheduling content and responding to comments. This will help them stay consistent with their social media efforts, boost brand awareness, and increase sales.
Analyze how systems are working for a business. Are they efficient? How can we improve these systems and processes for the business? Offer suggestions and solutions that will make businesses run more smoothly. And more importantly, how can you help the CEO save more time so that they can focus on the money generating activities they are so good at!
Have customer service experience and skills? Then bring those skills online and offer customer service support. Answer your client’s customer service inquiries via social media or email.
Become a virtual assistant. Although a virtual assistant is an umbrella term because virtual assistants can specialize in different things, they ultimately do administrative or creative work for online businesses.

Love data, research, and graphic design? Why not design infographics. Not sure what infographics are? I am sure you have seen them floating around on the internet. They are graphics with a small amount of information on them typically it’s a few words with statistics.

Work on the back-end of websites. You can do monthly packages where you offer to make sure the plug-ins are up to date, make sure pop-ups are working, and security software are in place. You can troubleshoot issues that are happening with a website.
Develop website sites for businesses on WordPress, Squarespace or Shopify. You can specialize in e-commerce businesses or service-based businesses. Get the design for the website designer and you can build the website for your clients.

Collect all the assets from your clients such as video, copy, tags, thumbnails and upload it to their YouTube channel. You can also offer to interact with their video comments.
Use your video editing skills to edit videos for promotions, YouTube, trailers, docuseries and much more. Follow the brand guide given to you when it comes to how the client expects their videos to appear, appropriate side effects, etc that you can add. This is something that a lot of content creators don’t want to do when it comes to video because it can be time-consuming.
Manage business’ online content whether that’s uploading content to their website, other online marketing channels, or coordinating getting content done with writers and graphic designers.
Conduct keyword research, do website audits to review SEO strategies are in place and what improvements can be made, install Yoast to client’s websites that track SEO elements on a website and create and implement a link building strategy.
