Keep your appointments and schedule squared away with Google Calendar. The best part is you can color-code appointments so you know when something is business or personal related. You can get alerts on your phone or desktop a few minutes before your next appointment so you aren’t late. It is also compatible with multiple time zones and you can add your team’s calendars there as well to see when they are available to meet. A great thing about Google Calendar is that it is FREE.
Have multiple projects in motion that you need to keep tabs on and get others involved in the collaboration process? Slack is a great way to communicate with others in an organized way with a specific channel in place with the team members that are involved in that project.
